When life gets mundane and you can't help but feel like you need to break your routine somehow, getting a haircut is a thought that often pops up. Does the thought scare you a bit? You're not the only one.
Having long, straight hair is a safe option for, basically, everyone. Easy to maintain and suitable for any occasion, having long hair seems to be the best option for you. But when boredom strikes and you're looking for something new, perhaps your hairstyle, why don't you try breaking out of your shell and step outside your comfort zone?
Still hesitant? We have compiled several reasons why getting a haircut isn't as scary as you thought; maybe it's the push you need.
1. Your hair will grow back (healthier, even!)
Shorter hairstyle isn't a lifelong commitment, and although we know you're very much aware of this fact; sometime it slips your mind. 3. You might like it better
Who knows? Even though you may not like your new hairstyle right away, give yourself a week. If two weeks have passed and you still can't love your hair, a visit to your hairdresser may be necessary. Ask them if there's any possible fix they can work on. But, first of all, let yourself get used to the new hairstyle.
4. You, as a person, don't change.

Bottom line is, you would still look great and sexy even with shorter hair. There's no such thing as the absolute beauty standard. You do you, girl!

Through their website, we learned of a powerful background story behind the footwear. The shoes, often referred to as Dragons, are a tribute to the ancient Vietnamese craft of Pagoda wood art. The ample amount of makeup trends never failed to shock us, but the unicorn makeup trend may be the one you're looking for. While we have seen candy cane eyeliner, Halloween-themed nail arts, rainbow makeup and Super Mario hairdo (yes it does exist!), what's better than a unicorn-themed makeup for this mythical creature lovers?
Unicorn beauty trend is actually nothing new; since you may have heard of unicorn hair braids, unicorn highlighter, unicorn lip color or even unicorn makeup brushes. But unicorn winged eyeliner? Ooh~ Forget your cat-eye makeup, candy cane liner only works when it's December, Halloween eyelid art is out of season once Halloween ends, helix winged liner is not ~dreamy~ enough; but unicorn eyeliner? Perfect.
Creating unicorn eyeliner isn't as difficult as you might have pictured it to be. And just like the candy cane liner, the unicorn liner offers a bunch of color variations you can choose from. Be creative, and come up with your own combination. However, for it to be recognized immediately, you may want to choose the "basic" color set, purple or pink, blue, white, and lots of glitter. You can also choose whether you'd like to apply black liner or go simple with eye shadows.
Kayla Rose, a makeup artist, taught you how to do the look. Using NYX Cosmetics, meltcosmetics, Urban Decay, Makeup Geek, and Loreal products, Rose created the unicorn liner effortlessly.
Another makeup artist, Haiden Arfmutlu took a different approach, using mainly glittery purple eye shadow and accentuates the "horn" with carefully drawn black liner.
Kristen, brought unicorn to life using pink, white, purple, and blue shadows.
Laura Thomas, a Perth-based beauty guru shared her own way of creating the look, using liquid lipstick (!!) and brushes to paint her lashes and dots on her eyelid. Simple yet stunning!
